The Symphony Guild's Belle and Beau Program provides students with:

• exposure to and education about symphonic music
• opportunities for community service
• social activities with peers
• opportunities to make new friends
• leadership opportunities
• community recognition
• a presentation at the Guild's annual Gala.

Involvement in the Belle and Beau Program is a time commitment for students as well as their parents. Mothers, or "sponsors" are required to become active Guild members during her student's 7th, 8th and 9th grade years. Active Guild members are expected to give of both their time and monetary resources.

For the Belle/Beau sponsor, involvement has rewards too including: 

• opportunities to teach your child of the importance of volunteerism
• exposure to and education about symphonic music
• opportunities to make new friends
• social activities.
